A Seattle personal injury attorney became the first woman to set a world boomerang record for time aloft. Betsylew Miale-Gix shattered the previous record--her boomerang was airborne for 3 minutes and 49 seconds. Betsylew broke the record at a United States Boomerang Association (USBA) tournament in Tuscon, AZ.
