We want to know where's the scariest place to live or hang out within Seattle city limits. (Sorry, Skyway and White Center. Check again after annexation.) Recent news stories have pushed several neighborhoods into contention: Rainier Beach: The Safeway parking lot is "plagued by thugs", disgruntled patrons firebomb a video store, and gangs patronize the library. Yesterday we said that Texas A&M's 12th Man is stupid. Today we say that the Seahawks’ 12th Man is stupid. We love the Seahawks. We attended the Hawks’ first-ever regular-season home victory back in 1976, and we cheered them on during their ‘80s playoff runs. The Bon isn't going out of business, just changing its name. Get used to calling it Macy's. Seattlest is hoping that the name change will be just enough to upset the cadence and rhyme scheme of the incessant jingles used over the last 25 years to advertise the latest "One Day Sale" at The Bon (Marche).
