Fastest Speeder Ever Caught on I-5

Fastest Speeder Ever Caught on I-5

A motorcyclist was arrested on Sunday outside of Eugene on charges of reckless driving. Ben Howard Kelley was clocked at going 164 mph on I-5. It is the top speed a trooper has ever verified for a speeder on I-5. Kelley was arrested wearing a helmet, one law he didn't break, but we imagine that wouldn't help much if you crashed at 164 mph. more ›

"Then I was pulled over by a Seattle police officer on a motorcycle. He let me off on a warning for honking at the car in front of me. more ›

What the Seattle Media's Not Saying About Kevin Shaw

Yesterday Kevin Shaw failed to make headlines again. The man arrrested and indicted for his murder, despite phone records and DNA evidence linking him to the crime, pleaded innocent yesterday. To date no news article we've been able to track down has mentioned what seems to be the obvious possibility that Kevin Shaw was gay, and his murder was a hate crime. The following article by special guest Mario Paduano wonders why. more ›
