In early April, alarmed Seattleites began spotting pigeons walking and flying around downtown with blow darts impaling their heads and necks. Quickly dubbed "zombie pigeons," the creepy story was closely followed by another Seattle blog. Today animal rights group PETA announced they are offering a $2,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest of the pigeon sniper.
