Two of four misconduct charges were dropped just yesterday against Watada, which would reduce the maximum sentence he could receive from six to four years. It also means that the Army will no longer pursue subpoenas against journalists who interviewed Watada-- journalists like Sarah Olson, who was threatened by the Army to comply with the subpoena or face six months in jail. more ›
