Steve Wozniak hit Seattle like a whirlwind, gracing the Chamber of Commerce, RealNetworks, and more for a total of an alleged 8 speaking appearances on Friday. The last of those was at the University of Washington, where Woz dazzled a full house of eager acolytes.

Microsoft Blogger on Blogger Action
Local Microsoft blogger Robert Scoble put up a monster of a post yesterday fawning all over the other local Microsoft blogger Mini-Microsoft. Ok, maybe not "fawning" exactly, but, well, read on. If you need a primer Scoble is a MS-endorsed voice that can be critical of the company and Mini is an anonymous employee who's usually very critical of the company. They're both very popular among the Redmond-set and beyond.

This just in from the Seattle Times "News We Pulled Out of Our Ass" department: local Microsoft blogger Robert Scoble and co-author Shel Israel went to pimp their new book at the little dot com that could on Beacon Hill, and a cat fight of bloggy proportions broke out.
Canadians Blog Too, eh
Seattlest loves Vancouver. It's got a feel up there that's almost, you know, urban. We could sit here and list all of the things we like aboot our northern neighbor, but we're sure you have your favorite activities north of the border as well. Instead we'll just give you one extra reason to load up the car and dig out the passports this weekend: The vibrant Vancouver blogging community is throwing itself a little conference at UBC's downtown campus Saturday.
