We've been frequenting the P-I's unintentionally hilarious photo galleries from the Miss Universe competition being held in Vietnam. We've shaken our heads at the Project Runway reject dresses the contestants have chosen for their evening gowns, and laughed heartily at the national costume galleries. (Miss Bolivia FTW!)......
