After 14 years as executive chef at Ray's Boathouse, Charles Ramseyer is leaving town. Bailing out. He's been recruited by celebrity restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow (TV's ) to open a new joint in Noo Yawk City called Wild Salmon. Opening day scheduled for April 6th.
