"We have solidified the shortstop position," GM Jack Zduriencik said today after the Mariners traded light-hitting infielder Ronny Cedeno, former first-round pick Jeff Clement, and three minor-league pitchers to Pittsburgh for Jack Wilson and Ian Snell. Wilson becomes the team's starting shortstop. Snell, a one-time 14-game winner, was pitching for the Pirates AAA farm team. more ›
