Gregoire is currently in Philly at a gathering of the nation's other state governors and our president-elect to discuss the details of Obama's economic stimulus plan. From KIRO: "Facing a $5 billion deficit in the upcoming budget, Gregoire said federal money is imperative in stopping an economic freefall." The word "freefall" sounds decidedly scary.
