After losing all power and floating adrift in the midst of nearly full-run yesterday, the ferry Elwah will be out of service for at least two days. Just in time for a beautiful weekend where it would be lovely to escape to the San Juans! The Elwah is just one of a few ferries that provides service from Anacortes to the San Juans, but some sailings have had to be canceled because of the problems.
