This summer, many people I know were injured mountain biking. The list goes: two broken arms (both required surgery), one broken ankle (another surgery), one severely dislocated shoulder (you guessed it, another surgery), two torn ACLs (yes yes, surgery for both), one concussion (hooray, no surgery!), and one broken hand. All but one of those injuries happened at Whistler. And yours truly was the last in that list.
