Over the summer, we were forced to eat at the Kirkland Wingdome (it was the only place Sonny Bonoho would meet us that day). Now, Seattlest hadn't eaten at Wingdome in years, prior to that day. And we aren't the type to order chicken wings at just any old restaurant, not when there are, say, french fries on offer. But on that fateful day, as we licked our fingers of the last remnants of spicy chicken wing grease, Seattlest realized that we could not wait another decade to eat chicken wings again, and if Wingdome tasted this good, then there are probably other, more responsible places to eat chicken wings in the city. Question: where are the best chicken wings in Seattle? The best? The greasiest, the spiciest, the meatiest? Pray tell, because we need chicken wings soon. Maybe even tonight. We'd rather not drive to Kirkland for them, either.

The Saturday Knights Owned Friday Night At Nectar
The Saturday Knights/Budos Band show at Nectar on Friday night was sold out by 9:30 p.m., as in guest lists closed, no further entrance, and crowds of people partying outside the gates. Seattlest arrived at a normally respectable hour of 10:45 p.m. to find the Budos Band's shiny brass horns blaring, congo drums thumping, and every inch of Nectar packed with happy people.
