Considering the 2008 elections occurred, oh, nearly eight months ago, it's hard to believe that some outcomes still aren't determined. Decision 2008 came a little closer to the end today when the activist judges Minnesota Supreme Court, in a 5-0 ruling, ordered that Democrat Al Franken be certified as the winner of last fall's Senate race. Of course, current Senator/sore loserman Norm Coleman is threatening to keep fighting the not-so-good fight and taking an appeal to federal court, but we kindly suggest that Norm just pull an Uncle Ted and give up now.
