Countdown in Photos #22: The Local Strangers
Over the month of December I am planning to delight you with tales of my adventures as a concert photographer in 2011. They may be the best shots I took, or the best moments I experienced. Either way, it would be a shame for those to fall by the wayside and be left sitting dormant in my feeble mind. Keep coming back, there'll be a new one each day.

The Local Strangers at Columbia City Theatre
It's been a pleasure to know The Local Strangers and witness their rise amongst the Seattle music scene. Little more than a year ago Aubrey and Matt played their first show together as a duo and just last month they headlined with a full band at the Columbia City Theatre.
We snatched them up as a part of our Seattlest Music Presents show hoping to expose new fans to music that we love. Since that show, hey've produced a music video, gone back into the studio to release another album and gone on two successful tours both on the west and east coasts. They are definitely a group to watch over the next year and I look forward to seeing them continue their upward climb.
