Scandal! Crime! Seabirds! It's all here in today's wrap-up.

• Apparently, the Feds aren't mad at all pot dispensaries...just the ones that do dumb, even-more-illegal stuff. Yay?
• Unlike medical marijuana dispensaries, however, the first major planned windfarm on the West side of the state, will not be carrying on, due to a threatened seabird that could die at a rate of one a year if the project were to go ahead on the proposed site.
• Closer to home, police are warning that someone looking for "sexology" research studies online is a scammer! Cue the shock and outrage!
• And finally...weather! Weather weather weather! It seems that having June-uary all year long was enough to drive the people of Seattle mad about the potential of a few flakes, because they just want something other than drizzle and 50 degrees.
