- News that a former Public Schools employee and two others used a front business to steal money from the cash-strapped system probably won't bode well for the incumbents on this election's ballot.
- Across the pond, a Snohomish teen who a judge called "threat to the community" is being held on $1 million bail after stabbing two classmates. The stabbing was reportedly unprovoked.
- Back at home, Occupy Seattle has been inconveniencing See's Candies patrons and the homeless who usually squat in Westlake Park. But let's look at the real victims: Target, who, in an attempt to tout the fact that they sell fruit, lost out on a big marketing opportunity when they were forced to share space with the protesters. But don't worry--the City is reimbursing them.
