A Minute of Zen

It's Sunday afternoon and we're facing the last few hours of freedom before the work week begins; it's the perfect time to take a deep breath, calm our thoughts and find our energetic center. (If you're watching the Seahawks, you'll wait until the game is over.)

In order to help us look at the immediate future with some equanimity, we turn to a NASA You Tube clip that was released earlier in the week. The footage is taken from the International Space Station as it orbits over the West coast of the Americas and the Pacific Ocean; the clip ends with a sun rise over Antartica.

The clip reminds us of late night programming on NASA TV during the early 00s, and is about as soothing as old nature films shown on Sesame Street.

Bliss.
