You may be thank-goodnessing because it is Friday, but save some excitement for tomorrow too. Free Museum Day is here again, and it is the perfect opportunity to check out that Seattle-area museum that you've been meaning to visit because, as the name would suggest, it's free.

Participation in this no-cost event is not as easy as you might think. First, you have to go to the Smithsonian Magazine website and enter your information. Then, you will receive downloadable tickets in your email, good for you and up to one guest. Please note, you can't just run around to every museum in town and get free admission. You will actually have to select the one museum you plan to visit in advance. But, once those steps are taken care of, print out your tickets and enjoy an economical Saturday.
