Yes, he may be an icon in rock music, known for wooing the ladies with those smoldering eyes and rockabilly duck-tail, but we bet you didn't know that he had his own show on Showtime, as well. He and his band mates played themselves in faux backstage experiences playing on the life of a rock star. A far stretch, eh?
Isaak is one of those musicians that has had his time in the limelight, but continues to pursue a career throughout the aughts and on into the tens, long after his movie days. He has proven himself time and again as a quality musician, and we've got another installment of Isaak music for you today.
His new album, Beyond the Sun, is due out in mid-October (via Vanguard Records), and it's his first non-live album in a couple years--but it's not all-new. This one is actually a re-release of songs originally put out through Sun Records, back in the day. Check what he's got to offer below and let us know what you think.
