This Week in West Seattle:
- Conan fucking O'Brien has been making the rounds this week, including an appearance at the Caspar Babypants show at Hiawatha Community Center last night.
- The iconic Rainbow House: No longer rainbow! Also, there are SO MANY local legends surrounding that house, if you feel like poking around the internet today.
- We've heard how the Seattlest Curmudgen feels about flash mobs, but nobody can deny that when it's all tiny children, it's pretty adorable:
- Three concept designs were revealed for the Highland Park Spraypark. (I didn't know what "spraypark" meant either -- apparently it's a park designed for playing in water.)
- A cabbie was attacked with a stun gun by a customer in what was apparently an attempted robbery.
- Don't eat the shellfish from Lincoln Park Beach! Just don't!
- Luchadores visited South Park over the weekend.
- All that bus-stabbing drama downtown this week? The ride started in West Seattle.
- The Steve Bushaw murder case is now in the jury's hands.
