Preview: Atmosphere at Showbox SODO Tonight

Atmosphere is in town, and they want you to join the family. An all star crew hits the Showbox SODO stage tonight for the Seattle stop in Atmosphere's Family Vacation Tour. Joining the tour are fellow Rhymesayers members Blueprint, Evidence with DJ Babu (of famed Dilated Peoples) and Prof.

Following up the release of their new album, The Family Sign, you can expect Atmosphere's Slug to deliver a solid performance of new material as well as some classics backed up with the addition of a few new members and live instruments. Blueprint's set will be a solid selection from his recent release Adventures In Counter-Culture and Evidence will hopefully give us a taste of his upcoming album Cats & Dogs with DJ Babu.

If you're a hip hop fan, a supporter of good music, or want a reason to get out of your house and shake your ass in this stupid Seattle Summer rain, tonight's show is not to be missed.
