The 19-time alleged killer apparently spent the bulk of that time in one place: a bland, rent-controlled apartment in Santa Monica. He returned to Boston with Catherine Greig for an initial court appearance, saw brother Billy Bulger, was denied bail and is now a guest of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts at the Plymouth County Correctional Facility.
