Food Frenzy: Garden Tours, Benefits and Food-Center Networking
Local chefs know how to throw a party, especially when it involves supporting causes near and dear to their hearts, like sustainability, disaster relief, and urban agriculture. So head on down to Ray's and Dragonfish this week--they're both hosting benefits for victims of natural disasters. Or, you can scoot to Ballard learn more about how to grow an urban garden at one of the hippest spots in the neighborhood. You've also got an opportunity to meet what some jokingly call the food elite of Seattle at Foodportunity.
We at Seattlest appreciate events to learn, meet new people and imbibe in a little food/drink.
