- Police are reporting that two men are in custody after a shot was fired on the route 125 bus in downtown Seattle today. This was the second shooting on a Metro bus in 30 days.
- The man who acted as Maurice Clemmons' getaway driver after he killed four Lakewood police officers was convicted today of first degree murder.
- The Seattle School Board didn't make any friends under the age of 17 today, with a decision to cut short the much-hated-by-parents "mid-winter" break, which occurred in February. The break, which was traditionally five days, will now be a four-day weekend, instead.
