Breaking the Streak: Tomorrow's Predicted High? 70 Degrees

We hold these truths to be self-evident: first, that the weather in Seattle is not always awesome. And second, that people in Seattle kind of really love to hate on in. It's like a hobby for all of us. A badge of honor when guests come in to visit from out of town and look dejectedly at the sandals and sundresses they've packed. Boots? They ask? In May?

But another well-known truth of Seattle and its residents is that, when the rain finally does let up, the entire city explodes a rapture so massive, even the meanest hobos and angriest commuters smile just a little. So get ready for some passive-aggressive smiling and uncomfortable small talk, because this is how your week looks:
