Party's On: Capitol Hill Block Party gets Approval for Third Day
Seattle doesn't stand for a two-day festival. Nay, when we do it, we do it right. And we won't settle until we get that crucial third day of awesomeness.
First, Hempfest was granted a third day. And now, the Capitol Hill Block Party.
Yes, according to the Facebook page for the Capitol Hill Block Party, the City has given the green light to a third day of partying.
The third day, which was in question due to neighborhood complaints and the protests of some businesses, despite, as CHS reports, the support of a majority of area business.
The festivities are scheduled for July 22-24, and are sure to be boozy and beautiful until the end.
