Commuters Beware: Water Taxi Closed for Repairs Until Monday

West Seattle residents, plan your commute accordingly: the King County Department of Transportation has announced that the West Seattle Water Taxi has suspended service starting this afternoon, and will not be running at all until Monday, March 28.

As of yet, no reason has been given by KCDOT for the sudden cancellation, but they say to watch for service updates now through the weekend. This is one of many recent mishaps for Water Taxi service; perhaps the poor Rachel Marie is worn out after filling in for the Rachel Ann earlier this month.
