Rolling Stone Figures Out What We Already Knew

Brent Amaker and the Rodeo has been in the local music blogs for some time now. With his brash attitude on stage, slick style, and great music how could we not talk about him. Not to mention he's the mayor of West Seattle and a generally just a nice guy. Well, Rolling Stone published a post on their site today confirming what we've had the pleasure of knowing for a while. They noted he and his band as the show you probably didn't see but should have at the South by Southwest Music Festival in Austin. With the national attention Macklemore, Head and the Heart, Fences, and now Brent Amaker and the Rodeo have been getting, Seattle will soon be known as the music center of the universe. Just you wait, it'll happen.
