Cold and Snow...Cliff Mass Says It's So

Cliff Mass is the guru of snorting derisively when other forecasters freak out about the minor possibility of snow in Seattle. So we sat up and took notice when he began his last blog post with this declaration:

I am going to go out on a limb now...I think most of you ...even those in the lowlands ...will see some snow before the week is up. And much colder temperatures.

Last night saw some snow in the higher elevations but things get interesting later today, and especially tomorrow. Colder temperatures mean we could be in for even a few inches of snow.

We approach all snow forecasts with a healthy dose of skepticism until we actually see some white stuff on the ground. But still...snow! OMG!
