Seattle, Give Us Your Octopus Tattoos

Seattle is no stranger to tattoos inspired by the sea, from nautical stars to anchors to our animal buddies that live there. We know several people who sport some ink from our eight-legged friends the noble octopi -- the tattoo kind, not the kind that they expel from their ink sacs -- but we want to see more. Maia says, "I have a really hideous octopus tattoo that was made by a dude that used to be in the mafia. Does that count?" This octopus was born in Washington but lives in Iowa now.
