This morning Christina Choi's Nettletown announced that they'll be expanding their hours and adding an afternoon happy hour from 2:30pm-5pm. Starting February 23, Nettletown will be open all day Wednesday through Saturday. The charming Eastlake cafe features Northwest foraged wild foods with Chinese and Swiss influences. Additionally, Choi will be cooking up "Wonton Wednesdays" featuring special Nettletown wontons during the dinner service.
Jess Voelker reports that you should head over to Moshi Moshi on Saturday to celebrate their second anniversary from 3pm-6pm for $2 special signature cocktails and a $2 happy hour menu. Seattlest highly recommends you let their master bartender Erik Carlson shake up a drink or two. We do hope the Chicago fizz: aged guatemalen rum, ruby port, lemon, egg white, angostura, club soda & nutmeg or violet femme: cucumber infused vodka, crème de violet, lemon & egg white make the $2 HH list.
Rumor has it that Frost Doughnuts, known for its glorious smokey bacon maple bar is venturing within Seattle city limits. Neighborhood yet to be announced, but we know Seattlelites are already flocking to Frost's Mill Creek location will be storming the doors once they do open.
