Vera Project 10 Years in Photos: Day 11

Seattlest is excited to celebrate Vera Project's 10th Anniversary with an archival photo from the venue's history every day in January. Dan Droz runs the sound board at a Vera show. Vera's sound engineering classes started in 2001 in order to help volunteers support the one sound engineer at each show. It has since grown into a robust program that combines beginner through advanced classes with experiential learning to create skilled, friendly sound engineers, many of whom are now working professionally at Vera and venues all over town.
