Forecast: A Little Snow, But Not As Much As We Feared

Well, there it is. The snow forecasters promised us this weekend finally materialized in the form of some wet flakes Sunday afternoon and a tissue-thin layer of accumulation on some cars, rooftops and such this morning. Icy conditions are making commutes pretty dicey in outlying areas.

There's still a good chance of significant snow Tuesday afternoon and evening (though Cliff Mass says it could just be a lot of rain and wind). However it's looking more like a few inches than a jaw-dropping snowmageddon. In other words, just enough to make traffic horrifically nasty on the evening commute.
