Menu Preview: The Blue Glass

TheBlueGlass.jpg Yesterday we mentioned the opening of The Blue Glass in the former Tigertail spot where Lower Phinney runs into Ballard. I dropped in to the open house that evening and found the space got a significant makeover, into a comfortable hang that's dimly lit in all the right ways.

I tasted a few items from the menu and I'm pretty excited to come back for the fried chicken and gravy. The mix of large and small plates is reasonably priced and flexible for people wanting a few bites or a full-on meal. The build-your-own bar snacks platter is a nice touch too.
