Countdown in Photos: Morgen's Best of 2010 Concert Shots Day 1

Seattlest will be counting down to 2011 with a series of posts on our highlights of this year and what we're looking forward to in the next. Got a list to suggest? Send it our way. See the entire series here.

This "best of" list, which will be spanning the entirety of December, is a personal one. Over the last year I have gone from unemployed web developer bored to tears every day to gainfully-employed dev, concert photographer, and music editor of Seattlest. It's been incredible to say the absolute least and the best way I could think to celebrate is sharing with you some of my favorite photos. They may represent the best shows, moments, or bands that have come into my life over the last year; hope you enjoy!

Day one brings us Discs of Fury. To experience this epic rock opera is to have your brain wrinkled, mind blown, and feet swept out from under you. It's funny, impressive, and amazing to watch. Two acts (with a break in between) takes up a full night; no opener necessary.
