Reminder: Socialize; Do Good; Drink Beer Monday Night for BlogsGiving
As we mentioned last week, Monday November 15 is the third annual BlogsGiving. Much as Thanksgiving is a time for family, friends, turkey and giving thanks, BlogsGiving is all about bloggers, readers, beer and helping out.
Come mingle with local blogs, including Seattlest, Capitol Hill Seattle, The Sunbreak, Central District News, Rainier Valley Post and SouthendSeattle. This year's BlogsGiving will be held at the Bourbon Bar at the Columbia City Theater. As you may have guessed, they have a lovely selection of bourbon. Michael over at The Sunbreak has also lined up a beer tasting courtesy of Newcastle Brown Ale. You can also expect a modest amount of free pizza from Tutta Bella and some YouTube shenanigans.
A suggested $5 donation or a donation of two cans of food gets you in the door and all proceeds benefit Northwest Harvest. Come one, come all, come at 6 p.m. and stay through 9. Please RSVP on the Facebook invite here.
