Green Fashion Walks the Catwalk at EcoLavish

EcoLavish.png Seattle is, quite justly, known for its green leanings but has also earned a rather unjust reputation as a wasteland of fashion. Thursday night's EcoLavish fashion show confirms one stereotype while shattering the other.

The only eco-friendly fashion show in the state, EcoLavish showcases Seattle's sustainability oriented boutiques and designers, including Seattlest's own Cameron Levin (she's been busy lately). You may know Cameron from her "Good, Bad & Ugly" Friday Dress Code columns where she takes on everything from rockabilly style to Mad Men costumery and even the worst tattoo ever.

Check out Cameron's designs here. Other designers include Madison Valley's Vian Hunter, Revival Ink, Flutterbudget Jewelry and Amanda Vernell of Twice Blushed in Ballard.

Thursday, doors at 7 p.m., show begins at 8 p.m. // Herban Feast // $25
