Shocking FB Seattle Interior Decorating
As the only media outlet to cover Facebook Seattle's office warming party, we were very interested to see the photos posted by Techcrunch last week of the office at work. (Go see the full album of originals.)
During the party, the floor was completely emptied and the PCs, chairs, and other stuff were hidden in the meeting rooms.
Now that we've had a chance to see the workspace in action, here's a piece of unsolicited advice to Ari. Because we care.
Get rid of the bean bag chairs.
They're not as cool as you think. Amazon has them too.
Oh, they're cute, sure. But you're getting the corporate lawyers all worked up.
As a large corporation with a ton of money in the bank, you should be worried about lawsuits. One herniated disk from an aging developer trying to stand up too fast. One female employee in a mini-skirt. That's all it takes.
And it's our strong suspicion that they are the source of the bed bug epidemic sweeping our fair nation. Bean bag chairs, that is. Not women in mini-skirts. Or aging developers. Or workplace lawyers. Or Amazon. It's the bean bags spreading bed bugs, okay?
