Let’s Talk About Sex

Yesterday, condom maker Trojan wisely picked the summer news slowdown to announce a new survey about sex and the weather. According to their very-scientific-and-in-no-way-a-marketing-ploy- for-their-new-brand-of-condoms-survey, rain is widely viewed as the best weather condition for sex, while hot weather climates encourage more frequent sexual activity. But, what about rankings? We need some hard (pun intended) numbers.
Well, Miami won in almost every category with respondents reporting the most sex (102 times a year) and the longest sex (averaging 35 minutes per session). Seattle was way behind Miami with a measly 75 times a year, however there is one category in which we came out on top (sorry):
Had Sex Outside (By City):
1. Seattle 77%
2. Miami 75%
3. Phoenix 74%
4. Denver 74%
5. Atlanta 72%
Take that Miami! The Survey found that residents of Seattle were the most likely to find some lovin’ in the great outdoors, although Seattle ranked only 10th among those who had sex in the rain outdoors. We guess this means that the sunlight must inspire Seattleites to get it on outside. Keep that in mind at your Fourth of July festivities this weekend; the forecast Sunday calls for partial clouds and highs in the 60s. Have fun out there kids! Oh, and don’t get too close to the barbecue.
