Can't Miss It: Tuesday
REAL ESTATE OBSESSIONS: Meghan Daum will be reading from her new nonfiction book Life Would Be Perfect If I Lived in That House tonight at Elliott Bay Book Company. Described as "a book for anyone who has ever searched for happiness in the floorboards," the novel details Daum's real-life obsession with real estate and her moves from cities such as Lincoln, Nebraska, New York, and L.A. We're big fans of Daum's work and would highly recommend checking out her new book and reading tonight--you'll be in for a treat! Or maybe some self-help, whichever it may be.

SIFF STANDOUT: We know that it's hard to decide exactly which SIFF films to see since there are SO many great picks this year, but if you do make it out tonight, consider hitting up Egyptian Theatre for The Freebie. Featuring Katie Aselton's directorial debut, the film details a young married couple who have a perfectly great relationship besides the fact that they haven't had sex in months. To spice up their libido-less marriage, the couple makes a deal to grant each other one night of infidelity. If only everything could be this easy...
