VOLLMANN VISITS: William T. Vollmann is in town to read from his latest nonfiction work, Kissing the Mask. This book is the first American work on the topic of the historical Japanese Noh Theater since Ezra Pound's 1916 classic study, Pisan Cantos and the Noh. Vollmann is absolutely amazing and this is truly a reading not to be missed.

LOST SUPPORT GROUP: Did YOU know that Victory Lounge hosted LOST nights?! Well, they do, along with $1 tacos, drink specials, and the show up on two gigantic HD televisions. And because that's obviously not enough to suffice our LOST addictions, Victory also ends the night with LOST trivia and prizes (we're assuming LOST-esque prizes?). Tonight will feature LOST trivia bingo; we're not quite sure what that means, but it sounds totally freaking awesome.

7:30 p.m. // Victory Lounge, 433 Eastlake Ave. E. // FREE

NOT ONLY FOR THE PIOUS: The Northwest Film Forum is showing Lourdes this week, starring Sylvie Testud (who's just so darn cute). Written and directed by Austria's Jessica Hausner, the film details an isolated, wheelchair-bound Christine, who is searching for new ways to meet people. Christine becomes pious in order to travel with pilgrimage groups, and her life is forever changed after a trip to Lourdes, "the Disneyland of miracles."

9:00 p.m. // Northwest Film Forum, 1515 12th Ave. // Tickets: $6-9
