Weekend In Beer, Livergeddon Part Deux and Odin Opens

This is your last reminder that if you have a penchant for punishing thy liver, we suggest a couple of 'time-outs'.

Odin is open for business. Relatively obscure to those who haven't been to a bar or South Park, Odin Brewing is opening their Tasting Room doors on this Friday. From 3pm to 7pm, you are encouraged to check out their brewery and try their two creations, Freya's Gold Kolsch-style Lager or Odin's Gift Amber ale.

3pm - 7pm // Cost of Sample // 9130 15th Pl. S. Suite F // (206) 762-3909

On the other hand if you are a fan of strong beers, big headaches, and huge crowds, then check out Brouwer's Cafe's Hard Liver Barleywine Fest. Featuring well over 40 different beers (vintage and 2010), there is something for everyone. With the average beer falling between 8 and 12.00%, no one will look down on you if you sip for a while.

$2 - $6// 11am to 2am // 400 North 35th Street // (206) 267-2437‎

As always drink some water, take a friend or cab, and be safe out there!

Cheers
