Give the Man Cake: Brouwer's & Bottleworks' Matt Bonney

It's raining, it's Tuesday, and it the fifth of January, so who cares? Chances are while seated at the bar or standing around, you’ve spoke to Matt Bonney. Today marks his 36th birthday on this rotating orb, and although 36 is no 21 or 50, it still deserves recognition. Co-owner of Bottleworks in Wallingford and Brouwer's Cafe in Fremont, Matt has spent a large part of his adult life appreciating beer as a brewer, buyer, and consumer. Like many in the business of serving you a pint he is more than happy to have a short discussion about the virtues of a good brew.
