Queensryche Founder Releasing Whip Pale Ale
Disproving the myth that Grammy-nominated musicians can’t brew beer, Michael "Whip" Wilton of Queensryche fame will be the first to step up. Called Whip Pale Ale, this beer will initially be released in Kirkland (Valhalla) to the sounds of flailing guitar riffs and Motley Crue covers.
In case you haven’t heard of this beer before, it’s because it was brewed at Everett’s Lazy Boy Brewing, which is no stranger to sharing. Lazy Boy recently provided the Naked City Taphouse’s (& Brewery) "house beer" Naked City Dubbel. On December 11th, a total of five bands will be in attendance while Michael speaks to eager fans of music and of his brewing venture. Show starts at 7:30 p.m. for this 21+ event and sounds like a hit.
