McGinn is Mayor

And here we were gearing up for a recount.

Mike McGinn has been elected mayor of Seattle. McGinn took 56.5% of the 20,000 ballots released today, giving him a lead over Mallahan that his opponent could not surpass. Mallahan conceded at a press conference this afternoon.

Now comes the hard part, when McGinn starts to get held to his campaign promises. Let's hope he can deliver. Congrats, Mike, and good luck.
