STAY UP, GET DOWN: Indie folk rock with an experimental touch, Thao with the Get Down Stay Down come to Chop Suey in support of this year's Know Better Learn Faster. The group does more than retread familiar folk territory, it folds and paints it, stirs it up and dances along its borders. The energy is pleasantly contagious. Portland Cello Project joins.
