Fool's Gold is Worthy

Today is blustery, the kind of day best spent bundled up in your favorite sweater and gently sipping at some hot cocoa. Although we generally believe this to be the best way to enjoy autumn, tonight Nectar offers a choice alternative: Fool’s Gold.

Fronted by Israeli-born singer/bassist Luke Top (who sings in Hebrew and English) and guitarist Lewis Pesacov, and rounded out by members of Foreign Born, We Are Scientists, and The Fall (plus Argentinean pop star Erica Garcia and Brazilian/Mexican visual artist Salvador Placencia), tonight’s show promises to be a warm oasis for the ears, eyes, and mind.

Joining them will be England’s Metronomy, who dwell in long electronic twilights. We may ditch our scarves but our cocoa is sure to be switched for something warmer.

8:00 p.m. // Nectar Lounge // Tickets: $10
