Dishin': The Mobile Chowdown

Dishin' is typically about a single dish, but this week we give you a heads-up about an upcoming confluence of dishes.

If you live in Queen Anne or Magnolia, or can come to the area, you'll be eating good in the neighborhood at this Saturday's Mobile Chowdown. Some of Seattle's most popular food carts will caravan their way to an empty lot at 1616 West Bertona in Interbay. Currently scheduled to participate:

• Marination Mobile


• Maximus Minimus


• Parfait


• Skillet

The grub gathering goes from 11am until 3pm. Our top pick: the Korean/Hawaiian taco truck known as Marination Mobile, about which we dished just a few months ago.
