BOAT: A Best Bet at the Croc Tonight

Here at Seattlest, we’ve always been big fans of local purveyors of goofy indie rock, BOAT. With their latest album scheduled to be released on Magic Marker records on October 27, we’ve been delighted to see they’ve added quite a few PacNW dates to their schedule.

One such opportunity to see the band is just mere hours away as the band will open for Ramona Falls, featuring Brent Knopf from Menomena, at the phoenix-like Croc ($10 adv, 8PM, 21+). Fans of early Pavement, Matt Sharp-era Weezer, and fun in general will no doubt enjoy the band’s set that will likely include newer crowd favorites "Lately," and "(do the) Magic Centipede," as well as older gems like "Come with Me, We’ll Win."
